Soumya Verma
Pharmaceutical Development Specialist – PharmaceuticalHello, my name is Soumya and I am a pharmacist with a master's degree in pharmaceutics. I have spent the past 4 years working in formulation development for pharmaceutical companies in India. I am passionate about finding effective solutions in patient care and have a particular interest in innovative drug delivery concepts.
When I learned about CurifyLabs and their mission to personalize medicines through 3D printing technology, I was immediately drawn to the cause. I believe that one size does not fit all when it comes to medication and that personalized medicines through 3D printing can provide treatment options to certain patient groups, including those with rare diseases.
As a member of the team at CurifyLabs, I work on conducting experiments, documentation, and attending team meetings for scientific discussions and planning tasks. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active through activities like walking, swimming, and cycling. I also love to bake and read in my spare time.

About CurifyLabs
CurifyLabs emerged from a decade of research by Niklas Sandler Topelius at Åbo Akademi University, Finland. His investigation on modernizing extemporaneous drug manufacturing grabbed the attention of Charlotta Topelius, a successful entrepreneur, who recognized an opportunity to revolutionize manual compounding processes in pharmacies.
In 2021, CurifyLabs was established with a mission to digitize and simplify pharmacy compounding.
Since then, CurifyLabs has grown and assembled a team of experts in pharmaceutical formulation development, software engineering, and quality control.
At CurifyLabs, we remain committed to providing solutions that enable optimal treatments for all patients.
