The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Operations Specialist to join our finance team in Helsinki. In this role, you'll support a broad range of finance operations — from invoicing and collections to month-end close, reporting, implementing new tools and process development — helping make sure our numbers are accurate, our cash flow is healthy, and our customers and stakeholders stay happy.

In short: you'll help keep the financial engine of CurifyLabs running smoothly. (Underrated superpower.)

NetSuite experience is a strong plus, and you'll work closely with colleagues across Sales, Customer Support, Operations, and external partners.

What You'll Be Doing (aka your superpowers)

• Support day-to-day finance operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and other accounting activities

• Create, process, and post customer invoices, credit memos in NetSuite

• Monitor aging reports, follow up with customers, and support collections to keep DSO healthy

• Support sales order management, including order review, validation, pricing confirmation, and resolving order-related issues with Sales and Operations

• Maintain accurate customer and vendor master data and finance documentation

• Maintain and improve financial workflows, controls, and documentation

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes

• Assist with financial reporting and analysisSupport audits, tax filings, and compliance by providing documentation and explanations when needed

• Recommend process improvements and support the development of finance processes and NetSuite enhancements

• Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements

What We're Looking For

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA), Finance, Accounting, or similar

Experience

• Previous experience in a finance, accounting, or controlling role

• Exposure to several finance areas (AR, AP, reporting, close, reconciliations) is an advantage

• Strong understanding of financial processes and controls

• Experience with NetSuite is a plus

• Experience in a startup or fast-growing company is a plus

• A team player who enjoys working cross-functionally

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Fluency in English and Finnish
